I Am On Augmentin For Bronchitis And Sinusitis. I Also

I am on augmentin for bronchitis and sinusitis. I also received a steroid shot. I have only been taking the augmentin for 2 days, was on azithromicyn before that, but it didn't help at all. I am feeling better, dryer in the sinuses, but feel as though the cough has gone lower. Do I just keep taking the augmentin and hope it gets better? I stayed home from work yesterday, but went in today. We had a fire drill today, and I was outside for only about half an hour. My face is red now. could it be from the augmentin or shot?
