I Am On Augmention 875 ×2 Day For Bronchitis I

I am on augmention 875 ×2 day for bronchitis I was sent for chest x ray Friday it was fine, I since getting treated have quit smoking and I'm very phlegmy and coughing alot which I know is from both sick and quitting but I had a LG amount of mucus bile come out which I thought was stool but was not. Is that my body flushing out all the mucus and bad from not smoking and being sick.
