I Am On Birth Control And I Have Been For

I am on birth control and I have been for about 4 months. And now I came on my cycle and have been for nearly two weeks. Also I have no appetite I put food in my mouth n want to throw it up. The smell of anything sweet makes my stomach feel horrible. I am scared I don't know what to do.
