I Am On Birth Control But Last Month I Messed

I am on birth control but last month I messed it up by taking it late and missing a couple of pills. Since my most recent period I have been taking them consistently about 4 days into the new pack I had sex and we used the pull out method. I am having some cramping and stomach issues. Should I be worried about pregnancy?
