I Am On Blood Pressure Medication. Caused Me To Faint

I am on blood pressure medication. Caused me to faint 7 days ago. Went to ER because I hit back of my head
requiring staples. they did MRI found nothing. My upper chest hurt immediately..complained in ER. It still
hurts so bad. when I cough and its hard to move. Now the pain is also in upper back...??? pulled muscles?
Please I am not sue what to do. I think maybe if I exercise I might work it out...
