I Am On Both Warfarin 7.5 Mg 5x A Week

I am on both warfarin 7.5 mg 5x a week and 5 mg 2x a week. Plus Plavix 75 mg daily.

Have had two PEs and recently had two stents (that was the addition of Plavix)

I bruise beyond belief. wake up with black and blue. if I do cut myself I bleed a lot.

doctor said that he uses plavix for 12 months following stents.

your thoughts? can I take smaller amount of plavix? less than 75mg?
my INR is 2.4 on the warfarin amounts I am currently taking.
