I Am On Butran Patch. I Have Been On It

I am on butran patch. I have been on it for over a year. I had my 1st drug test. Doctor said my report was negative. No butran was detected. I have never missed putting my patch on. Another drug test was administered. The next day is when I change my patch. They made me feel so bad in the office. This is my pain management dr. What should I do if this 1 is negative
