I Am On Citalopram 20 Mg Daily And Quetiapine 75

I am on citalopram 20 mg daily and quetiapine 75 mg at night for an agitated depression but the anxiety is getting worse rather than better. I have been taking the citalopram for 6 weeks and the higher dose of quetiapine for 3 weeks. Could the agitation eve drug related ?
