I Am On Day 4 Of A Cold-includes Mucous Filled

I am on day 4 of a cold-includes mucous filled cough, fever, sore throat day 1-2. Today my nose became very congested very quickly. When I blew my nose, my left ear popped and I became instantly dizzy and would have fallen if I hadn't held onto the counter. Only lasted for 30 secs, but still 1 hour later I'm slightly dizzy.
