I Am On Day 5 Of An Antibiotic For Acute

I am on day 5 of an antibiotic for acute sinusitis. The congestion is gone, but I just had a gush of watery yellow fluid come out of my nose. I have had many sinus infections and never had this symptom before. I first thought I was getting a nosebleed and was shocked to see yellow. It was very similar in color and consistency to urine.
