I Am On Diltiazem For High Blood Pressure. Everything Has

I am on diltiazem for high blood pressure. Everything has been good with my bp running about 125/70 with a heart rate of 69, until this morning. I woke up a little dizzy , no pain. Dizziness went away. I had a good day. I was feeling alright. Then this evening I took my blood pressur and it was 167/86 with a heart rate of 71. Is this bad?
