I Am On Effexor Received A Permanent Tube Feed (PEG)

I am on effexor received a permanent tube feed (PEG) last week and need to figure the Effexor out. There are 2 types we have found one is like little seeds in the capsules & the other is like little pills in the capsules. Neither work well going in the tube. Any ideas
