I Am On Eltroxin Since September 2016. I Have Gained

I am on eltroxin since September 2016. I have gained 8 kg of weight and i am in Eltroxin 0.5 mg.i have lost nothing up to now. I use it once a day. Lately i suffer from migraines, muscle pains and heart paloitations and is very tired early in the day. Please advise.
