I Am On Holiday In Thailand And I Have Type

I am on holiday In Thailand and I have type 2 diabetes. I take 2x 500 mg metformin in the morning with 25mg alogliptin tablets . I then take 2 x 500mg metformin At night with 40mg simvastatin . I also take 1x 2mg replaglinide before my evening meal . My worry is I have forgotten to bring to Thailand the 25mg tablets of alogliptin and no where seems to do it . What do I do . I am here for 18 more nights?
