I Am On Holiday And Had A Bad Fall On

I am on holiday and had a bad fall on an uneven pavement, I fell right down and landed on my right breast as well as my knees and my elbow, I went for x rays at hospital they said nothing broken but I am on severe pain under my right breast I getting frequent spasms and muscle pain and I can't sleep or walk I can't breathe deeply and it hurts when I cough I am taking ibuprofen and paracetamol but they are hardly touching the pain also o have severe bruising on my breast knees and right arm, am I ok to fly? Also my right ankle is really swollen
