I Am On Implanon For Almost 2 Yrs And Have

I am on implanon for almost 2 yrs and have not had a period for over a year. Had intercourse and bled but no period. Having tingling in breast and butterflies in stomach and cramping too breast are enlarged also. I am a little over weight from the bc but can i get pregnant on the implanon?
