I Am On Long Term Pain Managment For Shoulder And

I am on long term pain managment for shoulder and back pain. I use a 50mcg Fentanyl patch every two days as oppossed to three days, and I take 15mg IR Oxycodone 4x/day. Recently I developed severe tooth pain on tooth #3, upper right side, and as it turns out I had a severe infection there and needed a root canal. Unfortunately the existing very high doses of pain medicine are doing nothing for the root canal and pain caused by the infection. I am allergic to NSAIDS. What should I do?
