I Am On Many Medications And Recently ( The Past

I am on many medications and recently ( the past 3 weeks I have has very unusual syptoms.
My eyesight is blurring I have been having bad night sweats I have been walking around like my head is full of cotton wool and been a little depressed and snappy.
I am not sleeping and I have had mild headaches and strange little pains like needles in the veins in my right sie neck.
At the moment I have pains in my right shoulder blade not extreme but annoying I had these feelings on Saturday also and was not very coherent.
