I Am On My Period And I Think I'm Leaking

I am on my period and I think I'm leaking urine. I have a tampon in while I'm at school, and it feels really wet down there. I go to the bathroom and no blood is leaking, and it looks totally normal. While at home today I was wearing a tampon without a panty liner, and I realized my panties were wet, but not with blood. I don't know what to do!
