I Am On My Second Dose Of Antibiotics For Strep

I am on my second dose of antibiotics for strep throat, it came back a few days after I finished the first dose. I am 7 days into my second 10 day antibiotic and am still having a serious sore throat. It also feels like someone is squeezing my throat tightly and the pain is radiating to my right shoulder
blade. What should I do next and what could be the cause?
