I Am On My Second Month And I Am 6days

I am on my second month and I am 6days late for my period. the first month my period started slow with a brownish blood for few hours. The next day there was nothing. on the third day there was little light red blood for two days and after that my period came and lasted 4days. but now I am late. done four test and came out negative. Could I be pregnant?
