I Am On Nora Be. I Had A Period Two

I am on nora be. I had a period two weeks ago. a week ago today I started experiencing pelvic/ovary pain. it has gotten worse. I am now discharging a little bit of brown/pink ish color. it hurts to have Intercourse. my vagina feels sore. I also felt dizzy yesterday randomly. I have been taking my birth control as I should. missed 3 days in a row but took 7 continuous pills before I even had sex. should I be concerned of possibly pid or is this kind of normal for nora be? have had symptoms similar to this before. I've had two periods in a month. I've also had pressure in my pelvis like a baby was crowning.. any advice would be helpful
