I Am On Prednisone And Nevanac Eye Drops Following Cataract

I am on prednisone and nevanac eye drops following cataract surgery.
I have been taking it for some time because one eye was done first and the other 6 weeks later. I have a constant runny nose that's been going on for several weeks. Reactine doesn't help. Is there a connection?
