I Am On Prednisone For Almost 3 Months Now And

I am on prednisone for almost 3 months now and 5 days ago I started to be very itchy and and then a rash mostly on my chest ,stomach and arms it is very uncomfortable, I am on 5 mg going to half in a week. Is there any way I can get rid of this itch and rash?
