I Am On Several Different Medications And It Has Affected

I am on several different medications and it has affected my personality and made everyone around me question what is the matter.
I am on Duloxetine,Tizandine, Fluoxetine,amlodipine Atorvastatin,Gabapentine, Trazadone, Meclizine,Amitriptyline. It affects my personality and life.. How do you suggest I wean myself of these?
