I Am On Steroids And A Decongestant For A Sinus

I am on steroids and a decongestant for a sinus infection that completely blocked my nose. I am still on the medication. I feel my nose is open and have no problems breathing but I can not smell or taste yet. I am scheduled to fly on Sunday, five days from now. What can I do to protect my sinus and ear drums during the flight?
