I Am On Tamoxifen For Breast Cancer, Have Major Sweating

I am on tamoxifen for breast cancer, have major sweating and h/. I take clonidine, primrose oil, vitamin e and d. I don't have night sweats per say but I do go back and forth being hot or and during the day I sweat a lot soaking my clothes but don't tolerate cold very well. Sine I can't take anything with estrogen will black cohash help
