I am on the HCG diet by injections. I was wondering if the 500 VCD would cause thin blood. I use vinegar and lemons instead of oil or salad dressing. I am drinking a lot of water. This was prescribed by my doctor. I noticed my gums are slightly bleeding. I have lost 7 pounds and two dress sizes. Two more days of injections.
