I Am On The Birth Control Injection, The One That

I am on the birth control injection, the one that lasts two months. I have been on it for almost 4months now but all of a sudden I have been getting very bad back pain, feeling nausious, things taste funny and also extreme period pains and strange dreams at night. Is this all normal?
