I Am On The Birth Control Pill And I Am

I am on the birth control pill and I am only on the second row and I put a tampon in this morning because I didn't want to get discharge on on underwear and when I took it out a couple minutes ago there was a tiny bit of blood. Not even a lot a couple spot. I just want to know what it could be
