I Am On The Depo Shot. A While Ago I

I am on the depo shot. A while ago I noticed I was having trouble with pain during intercourse that seemed to occur depending upon position. Recently I have been having pregnancy like symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, fullness, bloating, urinary urgency, weight gain. I took two pregnancy tests which were negative. Is this more than likely just related to my hormone levels? or
