I Am On The Phone With My Friend And This

I am on the phone with my friend and this is kind of stupid but she was itching her throat with a unpeeled banana, (like with the black stem still on) and she is saying that it cut her uvula and it won't stop bleeding. Also she is not sober right now which does not help, I told her to gargle with warm water but what should she do?
