I Am On The Pill Birth Control, 28 Day Cycles.

I am on the pill birth Control, 28 day cycles. Last week I had my period. If it is week 1 of my new pack, and I took one pill earlier this week late but still took it, am I most likely pregnant after sex today? I have been on this pill for 7 months. I have occasionally take a pill late in the past but always still take it. Do i ovulate right after my period during the 1st week of pills?
