I Am On Thyroid Medication 75mg QD For 2yrs. I

I am on thyroid medication 75mg QD for 2yrs. I have difficulty swallowing at times with my gag reflex.
Currently I am having soreness around my Adams apple. Could this be a side effect of too much or too little of thyroid medication. Possible age related 31yrs.
