I Am On Travel In A Remote Area Outside The

I am on travel in a remote area outside the US. I have developed classic sinusitis symptoms. I had enough augmentin with me for only a 10 day course. The symptoms resolved well but after 5 days, they have returned. I have some other drugs with me (necessary to carry as a precaution for this area of the world; not going to over use). Is there anything else that you can suggest I may take to alleviate particularly the ethmoid and frontal sinus pressures?
