I am on tri-sprintec, I accidentally took a pill in the first row 20 hours early. This happened about 72 hours ago. I took a pill at the normal time I usually take my pills 3 hours ago and 27 hours ago. I had unprotected sex 3 hours ago. Should I take an emergency contraceptive?
