I Am On Trulicity 1.5mg And 1000 Metformin Twice A

I am on trulicity 1.5mg and 1000 metformin twice a day but I stopped taking metformin about two weeks ago because my bs numbers have been high in the 300's and I have no energy or strength and my hair has been falling out so I was trying to find out which medications could be causing it now my blood sugar numbers have been in the 400's and I just checked it and it was 558 I am scheduled for a checkup on 7/23rd I feel fine I have always had high blood sugar I exercise everyday and watch what I eat
