I Am On Up To 60 Mgs Of Opana 10ir

I am on up to 60 mgs of opana 10ir a day and methadone 10mgs a day for debilitating diabetic neurapothy and the opana does not work. what else can I take? ive tried oxycodone 30 mg ir 10 a day fentanyl Percocet morphine Cymbalta gabapentin Norco dilaudid 8mg 10 a day. im going crazy!!!! the pain is unbearable and now I may have venus syndrome. my feet are like two balloons and the pressure is unbelievable
