I Am On Warfarin After Taking Xarelto And Not Liking

I am on warfarin after taking xarelto and not liking the fact there was no antidote if seriously injured and also my heart beat was irregular. All those bad symptoms ended but on warfarin I have had a serious stomach/weigh increase in just over 2 weeks. Is there a water pill I can take safely? I've always been too thin no matter what I ate so this is a surprise
