I Am On Warfarin.I Was Stung By A Wasp On

I am on warfarin.I was stung by a wasp on Saturday. On Tuesday I was admitted into the hospital with a major bleed, my hematocrit went to 22. They did a scope and could not find the bleed. Afterward I was asked twice if I had taken any anti inflammatory drugs which I did not. Now looking up bee stings I see that they are a natural anti inflammatory agent. Could this have caused the bleed? The bee sting was quite painful and my entire stomach turned red.
