I Am On Warfin For Blood Clots. I Have Accidently

I am on warfin for blood clots. I have accidently taken Aleve-D sinus and cold tablet and it contains 225mg of naproxen that I was not paying attention to. I am not supposed to take naproxen but I did this by mistake. If this is the only one I took, will I be okay?
