I Am Out Of Town And Experiencing Severe Leg Cramps

I am out of town and experiencing severe leg cramps at night. Is there any medication that I can take to prevent those from occurring until I get back home to see my family doctor. I am also getting up a number of times during the night because of those cramps and to urinate. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. I will be out of town for 3 weeks
