I Am Out Of Town Due To A Death In

I am out of town due to a death in my family, starting getting sick on Saturday evening, and continue to get worse. It started with a hacky cough, progressed to a sore throat that is now compete laryngitis. It is painful to talk and swallow. Throat very sore. Coughing up thick mucus. Extreme headache. OTC cold and cough meds are doing nothing to relieve these symptoms.
