I am ovulating and just experienced pain like I was in labor and it was intense and painful. How can this happen when I am not pregnant. Is this an ovarian cyst rupturing? I do not have insurance and I am looking for free medical advice. Do not respond if you will try to bill me because I will have to go to doctor if I have anymore bothersome symptoms
