I Am Past Menopause By About 7 Years. I Have

I am past menopause by about 7 years. I have started having hot flashes with lightheadedness. I flush with the hot flashes. The temperature in a room can be a 68 and everyone is complaining about being cold and I am beyond hot. Sweaty and flushed. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this? My medications are losartan, atenolol, ASA 81mg, Vit. D, and zyrtec.
