I Am Patient Of DM Type2 Since 15 Years. Presently

I am patient of DM Type2 since 15 years. Presently taking Amryl 2 mg before breakfast and dinner and Janumet 50/500 before lunch and Glycephage SR 500 immediately after dinner. But still my sugar level is Fasting 242 mg/dl and PP is 300 mg/dl. Now doctor prescribed Glimy M2 before breakfast & dinner and Galvus 50 after lunch. Also prescribed Neucobal OD after dinner for one month alongwith Neurobion Forte one tab, daily. Pl. suggest whether these medicines will help me or someother medicines are required. My HbA1C is 10%.
