I Am Physically Active Already After A STEMI 4-months Ago.

I am physically active already after a STEMI 4-months ago. I have one stent. What I am afraid of is doing activities that I could get hurt and have bleeding because of the Brilinta and aspirin I am on. I have had one restriction, scuba diving for a year. But what about swimming, snorkeling, climbing in caves, zip-lining, etc. I am going on vacation and all those activities could be in our itinerary.
