I Am Post Menaupausal And Am Having Problem With Painful

I am post menaupausal and am having problem with painful sex. It's like razor blades starting right at the vagina opening and beyond. We use extra lubrication but still have pain that causes us to stop. Any idea what can be causing this? OB gyn visits have been fine and she doesn't know why.
