I Am Post Menopausal 62. PTH Of 71 In March

I am post menopausal 62. PTH of 71 in March 2018. Vit D 26.9 (-25 OH) Calcium 11.4 August 2017. 10.4 in March 2018. Next step? PCP placed me on Vir D 50,000 units weekly. I am symptomatic with fatigue, poor concentration, forgetfulness, aches and pains - all of which are new. DEXA with some decline. Not overtly abnormal. Next steps?
