I Am Post Menopausal, Have Had A Breast Biopsy About

I am post menopausal, have had a breast biopsy about 8 years ago and have had heavy swollen breasts for over 3 weeks now. They are becoming increasingly painful and I now have a sharp shooting pain where I had my biopsy done. Can you tell me if there is anything to be worried about?
